Open Thermoplastic Polyurethane Power Belts
MONARK toothed belts provide excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The highest-quality steel cables offer outstanding performance characteristics, even under high tensile stress. Manufactured with reduced tolerance ranges, RIGALLI belts ensure high reliability and excellent dimensional stability.
The addition of a green nylon PAZ coating on the teeth and the back of the belt enhances operational performance for specific applications.
MONARK is compatible with machining alongside other thermoplastic materials. It can be manufactured with various profiles and coatings to meet the needs of specific applications. Generally used in linear motion drives, it is available in open rolls or spliced.
